- The App is intended for authorized users associated with the configured clinical team/organization.
- You agree not to attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
Clinical use disclaimer
- The App supports workflow and information access but does not provide medical advice.
- Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed clinicians and must follow local policy and judgment.
AI-assisted features
- AI document Q&A is intended to help retrieve information from internal documents with source context.
- Do not enter sensitive patient-identifying information into AI prompts.
- AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified.
Content and acceptable use
- You are responsible for content you create or upload (where permitted).
- You agree not to upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized confidential information.
Subscriptions
Certain features may require a subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation
are governed by the applicable app store policies and your subscription settings.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or administrative decisions
within the organization configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parker Wellness, PLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the App.
